Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota Announces Departure of Executive Director

BLOOMINGTON, MN, March 20, 2024 — The Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota (EFMN) today announced the departure of Glen Lloyd, who has served as the organization’s Executive Director for four years. Under Glen’s leadership, EFMN has achieved significant milestones in advancing its mission to empower individuals and families affected by epilepsy. Glen has accepted a position with NMDP, formerly known as Be The Match, as the Senior Director for Advancement.  

“We extend our sincere gratitude to Glen Lloyd for his dedication in advancing the mission of the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota,” said Katie O’Sullivan, President of the Board of Directors. “Glen’s leadership has been instrumental in driving positive change and impact within our community.” 

In the interim, Jenna Carter, Associate Executive Director – Mission and Strategy, will assume the role of Interim Executive Director. Jenna brings many years of experience in public health, and the Board has full confidence in their ability to lead EFMN through this transition period. 

“We remain committed to our mission of supporting individuals and families impacted by epilepsy, and we are confident that with our dedicated staff, volunteers, and community partners, we will continue to make a meaningful difference,” added Katie O’Sullivan.
